Shipping Policy

The Logo Approach targets having all orders processed within 1 business day of the order date. Shipping is targeted at 1 to 6 business days following the order processing date. If an item is unable to ship within this timeframe, The Logo Approach will reach out to the buyer first by e-mail and then by phone to notify the buyer of any delay. Upon shipment, The Logo Approach will provide a USPS delivery confirmation number or a UPS or FedEx tracking number via e-mail. The Logo Approach currently only ships to United States addresses. A select number of items are available for shipment to FPO/APO addresses. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to determine if the item you are wanting to purchase is available for shipment to a FPO/APO address.

$5.99 Flat Fee Shipping - The $5.99 Flat Fee Shipping only applies for items shipping within the United States. Additional cost for expedited shipping.

$1.99 Flat Fee Shipping - The $1.99 Flat Fee Shipping only applies for items with the $1.99 Flat Fee Shipping logo next to the "Add to cart" button shipping within the United States. Once an item that does not have $1.99 Flat Fee Shipping is added to the cart, the promotional shipping no longer applies. Additional cost for expedited shipping.
